Many amazing and wonderful improvements to the cattery and boutique that will bring more accessibility and pleasant visits. Improved filtration and air purification. Really enjoyed this visit and look forward to seeing them succeed in their mission!! It was fun watching Crystal interact with the cats and then responding in such a positive way and the whole crew of workers and volunteers were joyful, pleasant, and helpful. A puurrfect place to spend some time and get you feline fine!!

We booked this space for a bachelorette party, and it was a massive success! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and she even helped decorate to match the theme. Crystal did everything for us and also allowed for us to do our own thing. Everyone loved the chill space and walking over to the "cattery" to snuggle with the cats. Such a unique and beautiful party to celebrate our bride. Thanks, Crystal and the Cozy Cats team. 💜

I recommend Cozy Cat Cafe! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere created by an owner and team of volunteers who are genuinely kind, friendly, and attentive. It’s clear they truly care—not just about their guests, but about every single cat in their care. What really stands out is their commitment to doing things the right way. They operate as a registered shelter, partnering with local rescues to give cats a safe, loving space while they wait for their forever homes. Just as important, they make it clear that adoptions are handled by the rescues themselves—so if there are delays or approvals don’t go through, that’s not on the café. Their transparency and dedication deserve respect. Beyond the cats, this place is a true community gem. The owner goes above and beyond, even maintaining a little free pantry outside to help those in need. What an amazing place! So many cats to visit with among nice people, and so much attention to detail. The kitties are obviously well cared for and there is a great area for eating or buying gifts -- including items from local artists. They also host game nights and special events and a lot of special folks from group home settings who benefit from their visits. What a blessing for our community! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Cozy Cats Café in Sanford. The café is clean, peaceful, and clearly run with so much love for the cats. The staff—especially Hunter and Crystal—were kind, welcoming, and took the time to make everyone feel comfortable. It’s obvious how well the cats are cared for, and spending time with them was such a joy. The whole atmosphere is calming and uplifting—perfect for cat lovers or anyone who needs a little happiness in their day. Thank you, Cozy Cats Café, for creating such a warm and special place.
